Diamond Power Infrastructure has secured a significant contract from Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd, marking a notable addition to its order book and reinforcing its position in India’s power infrastructure sector. The company received a letter of intent for the supply of cables valued at approximately Rs. 45.47 crore, with execution scheduled between May 2026 and May 2027. This development reflects ongoing investments in urban power distribution and grid modernization.

Japanese automaker Nissan Motor has accelerated its expansion strategy in India by opening three new customer touchpoints in Mumbai, including two premium showrooms and a fully equipped service facility. The move underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its presence in high-density urban markets and enhancing customer experience. With strategically located outlets in Ghatkopar, Malad, and Kandivli, Nissan aims to improve accessibility, boost sales, and reinforce after-sales support.

Keystone Realtors Ltd reported a strong financial performance in FY2025-26, driven by rising housing demand in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company recorded a 58 per cent surge in pre-sales during the fourth quarter to Rs 1,346 crore, while full-year bookings increased 33 per cent to Rs 4,022 crore.

The mixed-use development, branded as ‘Mahindra Rainforest,’ reflects the company’s strategic focus on premium urban housing and integrated lifestyle ecosystems. Spread across more than 25 acres, the project is expected to significantly contribute to the firm’s revenue pipeline.
