PTC India has appointed Sukhdev Singh as its Non-Executive Chairman following a recent restructuring of its leadership framework. Singh, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with nearly four decades of administrative experience, will serve in the role until November 2028, subject to necessary approvals. The move follows the company’s decision to bifurcate the combined Chairman and Managing Director position into two separate roles to improve governance and operational clarity.

Wipro has unveiled a dedicated AI-Native Business and Platforms unit, signaling a strategic pivot toward artificial intelligence-led transformation. The move is accompanied by a significant leadership reshuffle, with long-time executive Nagendra Bandaru appointed as CEO of the new division. He will report to CEO and Managing Director Srini Pallia. Meanwhile, industry veteran Kanwar Singh joins to lead Technology Services Global Business Lines.

Airtel Africa has announced a significant leadership transition, with Sunil Bharti Mittal set to retire as Chairman following the company’s Annual General Meeting in July 2026. The move marks a pivotal moment for the telecom and mobile money provider, which operates across 14 African markets. Gopal Vittal will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman, while Shravin Bharti Mittal steps in as Deputy Chair, ensuring continuity of the founding family’s influence.
