Nimbus Projects reported a sharp 77 percent rise in sales bookings for the March quarter, reaching Rs. 281.24 crore compared to Rs. 158.90 crore a year earlier. Despite this quarterly momentum, full-year pre-sales moderated to Rs. 545 crore in FY26 from Rs. 653 crore in the previous fiscal. Puravankara Ltd delivered a robust performance in the March quarter, with pre-sales nearly tripling to Rs. 3,547 crore from Rs. 1,225 crore a year earlier. The Bengaluru-based developer also reported a 55 percent rise in annual sales bookings, reaching Rs. 7,407 crore in FY26 compared to Rs. 4,783 crore in the previous fiscal.
