Mumbai is set to witness one of its most ambitious urban renewal initiatives after a consortium led by Reliance Industries and Aspect Realty emerged as the successful bidder for the redevelopment of the sprawling Juhu Galli slum cluster in Andheri West. Covering more than 101 acres, the project is expected to provide over 28,000 rehabilitation homes while significantly upgrading infrastructure, public amenities and connectivity in the area.
